Zoho Client Support Portal
- The new Client Support Portal is now live and available for use. Individuals identified for access should have recently received an invitation to begin using the new portal. We encourage all users to start transitioning to the new Client Support Portal. Currently, we are still working through open cases in the existing support portal. Our goal is to resolve as many of those cases as possible before fully transitioning to the new system. Beginning July 22, IBT Apps Support will exclusively use the new Client Support Portal for all new cases. Any new cases submitted through the current portal after that date will be closed and reopened in the new portal.
