Client Support Portal
- IBT Apps is transitioning to Zoho Desk and plans to begin managing support cases through the new platform starting in July. To support this transition, our Support team sent an email via HubSpot June 12th. This email includes a few questions to help facilitate the move. Regarding the new support portal: It has been designed for simplicity and ease of use, so no one should encounter any difficulty navigating it. There’s no need for concern. Additionally, the HubSpot email includes a short 2:31 video of the new portal.
