- Transition to Zoho Desk -
IBT Apps is transitioning to Zoho Desk and will begin managing support cases through the new platform starting in July. An email was sent via HubSpot on June 12th, which includes a few questions to help facilitate this transition. If your financial institution has not yet responded, please ensure someone does so. If you're unsure about what’s needed, feel free to email me direct.
